Spaces and Pricing
Spaces & Pricing
In partnership with Devon County Council we accept “2gether” funding for eligible two year olds and “Early Years Education Grant” funding for all 3 and 4 year olds. This funding starts the term after the child’s third birthday and can give you access to up to 15 hours of free sessions. We also accept the 30 hours funding, subject to availability.
Charges will be applied for all unfunded sessions either before the funding starts, or if you wish to purchase additional hours on top of the 15 hours funding. The current pricing is as follows:
§ Two year olds: £5.00 per hour
§ Three and four year olds: £4.16
§ £15.00 Registration Fee is required to secure a place at pre-school
Invoices are issued at the beginning of each half term, all fees are payable during absences and are to be paid within the first two weeks of each half term. For further information on EYEG or 2gether funding please speak to a member of staff.
The pre school currently has some spaces available on some days immediately. There are also spaces available in September 2022. To enquire, please contact our senior administrator Janice Haggett.
If for some reason your child is unable to attend a session please let us know as soon as possible, either by ringing the Pre-School or e-mailing us. This includes Doctors/Dentist/Hospital appointments, sickness, holidays etc. If your child is absent, we ask that you fill in an absence form, either before or after their return to the Pre-school. This is really important evidence as proof of your child’s non-attendance for the funding entitlement. Please let us know in good time if you are going away on holiday during term time. Please fill in the relevant forms following sickness or in advance for holidays.
Please note that if you are in receipt of the Early Years Entitlement that you must send your child to all the sessions that you are claiming payment for, unless your child is unwell or you are on holiday. When you sign the form you are entering into a contract with Devon County Council and any lack of attendance has financial consequences. For more details please see the child information form.
Please note that if your child attends the pre school, this does not mean they automatically have a place at the School. Please refer to our Admissions Page, for more information about applying for a primary school place.
