Teaching Assistant Vacancy

 

Pinhoe Primary, part of Cedar Tree Federation, are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to support the additional needs of three pupils in Upper Key Stage 2. You will be used to working with pupils who demonstrate challenging behaviours and have a range of needs, to enable them to access the curriculum. You will be someone who enjoys being physically active, outgoing and used to facilitating children learning, in different environments, including the outdoors. You will also support lunch provision and attend school on all non pupil days.

This post is temporary until 31 August 2021 as it is linked to EHCP funding.

EYFS Worker

 

We are a vibrant, forward thinking church school with one of the biggest pre-school's in Devon, looking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced Early Years Worker to join our busy team as soon as possible in September 2020. You will be based in our pre-school team but will also work, when required, in our foundation stage class.

You must be experienced in working in a nursery, pre-school or foundation stage class. You will be Level 2 qualified as a minimum (Level 3 advantageous) and committed to enabling the best possible learning outcomes under the EYFS Framework. Working additional paid hours may be required on occasion, such as attendance at parent's evenings.

Please note that this is a term time only position, meaning the pay is 39 weeks of salary divided into twelve, equal, monthly payments plus holiday pay.

This post is temporary due to additional funding in our pre-school linked to pupil need and is initially anticipated to be until 31 August 2021 or when funding and income changes. Minimum notice periods apply. There may be a possibility of contract extension beyond August 2021.

Pre-School Bank Staff

We are looking to recruit bank staff for our pre-school.  We would like to have a list of people who would be happy to assist in the pre-school at short notice.
